I must say I am happy with the results. I used to frequent another establishment to get my hair done but it had been a while so I figured why not try Sports Clips. I left very happy with the service. She did a great job and was very talkative which didn’t make it awkward at all which sometimes happens. The price wasn’t bad either. I’ll definitely be going back.

Not really happy with the consistency here. They are supposed to keep note of what your haircut is from the previous visit but they do not. I’m not big on my hair but I like consistency so that I know what to expect. It’s been impossible to find a good place for a good haircut anymore.

Took my son here. Just a sloppy haircut and customer service lacking. Also find it weird as a parent you can’t go back with the younger kiddos for their haircut. My 6 year old came back to the seating area with a terrible cut. Won’t be bringing him back.Haircut

When I walked in I was greeted by an employee that didn’t even bother to look up from her phone. She clearly did not want to be there and had horrible customer service. You will loose customers because of how awkward and unwelcome she makes you feel. I would come back but I’ll definitely be requesting a different stylist.Haircut

It’s okay. I checked in online, I sat in the parking lot waiting for my turn. The time frame bounced around a bit. It’s also the first haircut I’ve had that requires me to leave my mask on once seated. They could have at least removed each ear string one at a time as they buzzed around my ears instead of leaving long hairs. I’m giving 3 stars because the person who did my hair was quick and enjoyable. Once my phone said they were ready I walked in with zero wait time..there’s definitely kinks that need be worked out and covid policies that are in excess to the point It’s hurting the quality of their final result. Would I return? Yes. But probably not until the mask protocol has been adjusted. At least let the mask be removed for ear trimming if not the entire cut.

They denied me service to my two year old girl. I had never been discriminated against and these people with their lack of empathy did it in the worst way. I brought my 2 year old girl to get a haircut but they did not give me the service because she did not want to enter without me and they did not let me in because I was with my other 1 year old baby. We all had masks and they did not consider the situation. I was waiting for a while to be attended, they had already noticed that I had 2 children. Terrible place
