The contemporary art museum was very spectacular. It takes about two hours to visit. At the beginning of the entrance, someone gives an explanation about the history of art, which is very informative. I was happy that it was possible to photograph the works of art. Many works of this museum were collected by Farah Pahlavi

Contemporary Museum of Tehran leaning toward conceptual arts. Might not be appealing to any person's taste in art, but definitely worth attempting at least once! (you can park your vehicle in Laleh Public Parking in Fatemi St for ease of access)

Absolutely a must be visited museum, especially for architects and architecture students.

(Translated by Google)On April 3, 1403The museum is interesting, but the architecture of our building is more interesting than that. Most of all, I enjoyed the atmosphere of the museum. Currently, the exhibition "Beyond the Plains" has been established, which exhibits works related to nature. In my opinion, it is necessary to have guides in the museum who can give the necessary explanations to the visitors. The writings on the walls were very good and appropriate, but the presence of a guide can make visiting the museum more enjoyable. The price of the entrance ticket to the museum was 10,000 Tomans, which, of course, is 5,000 Tomans with a student discount. At the time of entry, they do not allow entry without a hijab, but inside the museum, despite the presence of several "hijab-wearing" people, they do not insist on hijab.

If you're interested in art, be sure to visit this museum. The Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art is one of the most famous contemporary art museums in the world and the most prominent and richest museum of contemporary art in the Middle East and West Asia. I've visited the contemporary art museums in Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Geneva, and Milan, and in my opinion, this museum and its works are more diverse and attractive. The museum houses over 3,000 works of art, estimated to be worth between 5 and 10 billion dollars. It holds works by global artists such as Gauguin, Renoir, Picasso, Magritte, Ernst, Pollock, Warhol, Lichtenstein, Dali, Giacometti, and Iranian artists such as Kamalolmolk, Sohrab Sepehri, Parviz Tanavoli, Ali Akbar Sadeghi, Aidin Aghdashloo, and more. The museum was founded in 1977. It was designed and built by the famous Iranian architect, Kamran Diba. Over its 46-year history, the museum has undergone partial restoration only once, in 2020.

I really enjoyed my visit to this museum, the displayed artworks were delightful. Not to mention the whole structure of the museum, it's brutal, it's made of concrete and it is minimal. Make sure to pay this place a visit if you're into minimalistic concrete interior design.

The building itself is worth seeing, but many famous Western paintings have been taken off the shelves.

Wonderful place to chill ! Love the cafe they have which is right next to the park. Entrance is free of charge and has two floor. I stopped to watch production of four seasons in the theater room. I could not find a way to go to outside but a nice inner garden view from inside. Although I am not always a big fun of contemporary art, it was a pleasant experience in this museum. It is a place where you can have a quieter time and reflection. It is also next to the carpet museum.

The architecture of the building is always a surprise. All attractive exhibitions aside, you will never be bored by visiting this contemporary piece of art.Suggest you visit the beautiful café teria inside the place to experience that mesmerizing vibe, even more!

(Translated by Google)A great place to get lost in art, architecture, light and space. It is a place where you can always visit and enjoy the atmosphere, the environment and the monuments. I recommend that you take your children :)The exhibition we went to had the works of Sohrab Sepehri and we enjoyed it.Entrance is very cheap and half price for students.Inside the cafe complex, there is an open space for smoking and green spaces. Outside the complex, Laleh Park, Laleh Bazaar and other museums are also nearby.

Very nice place with a perfect design of outside and inside, the statues in the green area round the building are really good works, each one is a masterpiece, inside the building the coridors and halls are very nice, the black oil pool in the basement floor is very interesting, I visited here more than twice with different subjects of art works. In some cases taking photos is prohibited and even taking the camera inside the place with you also maybe prohibited.

یکی از موزه های جذاب تهران که نقاشی‌های اساتید برجسته معاصر ایران رو به نمایش گذاشته . البته جذاب تر از نقاشیهای مجموعه ، میشه به معماری متفاوت و جالب ساختمان مجموعه اشاره کرد .(Translated by Google)One of the attractive museums in Tehran that exhibits the paintings of prominent contemporary Iranian masters. Of course, more interesting than the paintings of the collection, we can mention the different and interesting architecture of the building of the collection.

The building of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Tehran, one of the most valuable examples of modern Iranian architecture, is inspired by the traditional architecture of Iran and its philosophical concepts. The design and architecture of this building has been done by Kamran Diba. Oyster, Chaosso, Mogharan and Pass are among the eye-catching elements that make the visitors a reflection on the arts and culture of Iran. The permanent collection of Tehran's Contemporary Art Museum consists of nearly 3,000 valuable and unique works that belong to the elite of the past and present, the visual arts of Iran and the world. Works by famous artists such as Renoir, Luther, Gauguin, Picasso, Max Ernest and Magritte are among them.

Tehran’s MOCA is one of the most beautiful contemporary art museums, especially because of its architecture and design. They also have very unique collection and galleries. It’s a must if you are visiting Tehran. Their outdoor garden is also a beautiful area with many excellent artworks. In the past few years they have held interesting art events in the museum, so make sure to check out their website for more information on their ongoing and upcoming galleries and events
