Ingredients

  • 200 gms Paneer ( grated or crumbled)
  • 4 Potatoes (medium sized, boiled and grated)
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 ½ tsp Green Chili Paste (you can adjust accordingly)
  • 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • ¼ cup Breads Crumbs
  • 1 ½ tbsp Cornflour
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Oil ((for shallow frying))

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add boiled aloo and grated paneer.

  • Add all the ingredients and mix.
